I had a very good and reassuring experience with the hospital during the treatment of my 2.5-year-old son. As parents, having your child admitted to a hospital can be extremely stressful, especially when it happens during late hours. However, the care, prompt response, and support we received throughout the admission made the entire experience much easier for us.
I would especially like to appreciate Dr. Parul Shukla for her exceptional support and care. Despite it being late hours when we admitted our son, Dr. Parul Shukla came personally for his check-up and ensured that the treatment was started promptly and was progressing in the right direction. His treatment was commenced within just a few minutes, which gave us great confidence and reassurance during a very stressful situation. Dr. Parul Shukla was extremely helpful, approachable, and supportive throughout the admission, and we truly appreciate the extra care and attention provided to our child.
We were also very happy with the overall medical and nursing staff. All the doctors and nurses were friendly, caring, cooperative, and approachable. They explained things properly and made sure our concerns were addressed whenever required. The staff’s attitude and willingness to help made us feel that our child was in safe and caring hands.
The room services were excellent as well. The cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall support were very good, which contributed to a comfortable stay for both our child and our family.
Another aspect that really impressed us was the way the hospital handled the billing and mediclaim/insurance procedures. Everything was managed very smoothly by the hospital team, and we did not have to face unnecessary hassle or confusion during an already stressful time. The staff guided us through the required procedures and made the administrative process much easier.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and services provided by the hospital. From the prompt medical attention and compassionate doctors to the supportive nursing staff, excellent room service, and hassle-free billing and mediclaim process, every aspect of our experience was handled professionally.

We had a very good experience with Kaushalya Hospital Thane. Whenever we have visited the hospital, we have always received very good treatment and care. The Nursing staff is also very supportive and attentive.I especially appreciate that the patient coordinator regularly check with the patient and family members about the services and whether everything is going well and if we need any help. I’m really thankful to Dr. Jolly for being with me throughout my pregnancy and delivery.
As a first-time mom, I had a lot of questions and, honestly, quite a few moments of anxiety too. Dr. Jolly was always patient with me and explained things properly whenever I had doubts. That made me feel much more comfortable throughout the pregnancy.
My delivery was a C-section, and having a doctor I trusted made a huge difference. She was calm, reassuring and made me feel that I was in safe hands throughout the process.
Looking back, I’m really glad we chose her. She took good care of me and our baby and was always approachable whenever we needed her.

We had a very good experience at Koushalya Hospital during my wife’s delivery. The doctors specially Dr.Jolly gosavi and nursing staff were very supportive, caring, and professional throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and took good care of both my wife and the baby.

We visited Dr. Akshay Pednekar for an emergency operation, and he is truly an excellent doctor. He also recommended a very good hospital for admission.
The staff at Kaushalya Hospital is extremely supportive. We did not have to run around for the mediclaim (TPO) process — the management handled everything very efficiently.
Mr. Ashutosh Shendye personally visits twice a day to check on the services. The hospital maintains excellent hygiene standards — even the patient toilets are kept very clean.one more thing, saloni sister is also supportive her smiling face genuinely feels comfortable

Clean and calm hospital environment with a very positive and reassuring atmosphere. The staff is supportive, caring, and guided us properly throughout the process. They took great care of my father before and after the surgery.

My wife’s robotic TKR is done at Kaushalya,by Dr Jayesh Nayak.
He is the best orthopedic surgeon..we have v nice experience of him,his dedication, exceptional care for patients.
Staff n overall hospital is too good.
All were very kindly to us. Canteen services is best too.

I was admitted to the hospital as an accident case on 22.10.25 under Dr. Sunil Sathe, surgeon and Dr. Deshpande, MD. Both these doctors are highly experienced and capable. The medical staff here, is extremely polite and helpful throughout the cadre. The food provided was of good quality and hygienic. Overall cleanliness of hospital was above average. The best part was, regular visits of the coordinator Ms Darshana, who was very friendly and helpful. I got discharged on 01.11.25.
Overall experience was nice and the hospital is budget friendly too.

Dr. Jugal gave very good treatment to my child, the cleaning staff is also good or the staff who did not wash the broom, he gave very good care the day he killed me and the next day he put me in clean clothes and admitted me. That or you call me to clean it or one thing is a charity bed available in the hospital or a charity bed in the charity office but I don’t know why it is given or there is a good way to get it because we don’t have a charity bed for the poor people or a car parking charge. I don’t even need a bath or a bath, I got cockroaches in the food there, I didn’t complain but even in such a big hospital, no one will even listen to the poor, 500 rupees were added to my daily food bill. Didn’t eat food. The next day he got food due to cockroach.

The hospital infrastructure is totally upto the mark and the facilities are top notch. Hygiene is maintained throughout. With regards to catering there is a perfect provision for nutritious food. It’s a very reliable source and all medical facilities are available under one roof. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent experience at Kaushalya Medical Foundation Trust Hospital. The hospital is clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities and a well-equipped NICU. The staff, including both doctors and nurses, were professional, friendly, and very supportive. I felt safe and well-cared for during labor and delivery, with good pain management options. The hospital is conveniently located with ample parking and reasonable visiting hours. Highly recommend!
